Return Policy

If you wish to return your order within 30 days of your original purchase date, go ahead and email us at info@hangsmarttv.com to receive a RA number to start your return.   

Orders from outside the continental U.S. are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. You may use a return label provided. If used, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the total cost of the refund. Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking information and must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Please make sure to package the merchandise securely and safely to avoid damage while in transport. Hang Smart TV will not accept damaged packages and is not responsible for in-transit loss.

Merchandise must be in original and unused condition. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, the delivery may be refused, and the merchandise could be returned to the sender.

Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, once received by our return department. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return.
